District Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 Overall Base + Bonus potential
  • Company Car and Cell Phone

District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Leadership and Mentor Leaders
  • Knows, enforces, and educates HR policies, labor laws, and, security and safety procedures. 
  • Role models and teach all restaurant management systems.
  • Optimize quality, service, and cleanliness levels
  • Consults and creates a positive work environment

District Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous Multi-Unit Management experience
  • Ability to work various shifts and drive to restaurant locations
  • Proven ability to develop and train restaurant leaders
  • Ability to read, understand, and drive P&L Results
