Sous Chef Requirements: 

  • 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant 
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven
  • Passionate about food
  • Skilled in building, leading, and developing one's team 
  • Effective and clear communication skills, verbal and written
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset.
  • Complete understanding of P&L cost control strategies, and labor cost management

Sous Chef Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Back of House
  • Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
  • Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards 
  • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations 
  • Ensure guests have a great food experience and look forward to returning
  • Thrive in a high-volume location
