Seeking a CNC II for the 2nd Shift near Columbus, Georgia who is responsible for operating, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks of milling and/or lathing.

CNC II Benefits

CNC II Requirements

  • 3+ years CNC manufacturing
  • Able to read blueprints and CMM report
  • Understand machine technology and terminology
  • Ability to use precision measurement tool

CNC II Responsibilities

  • Use blueprints, hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, micrometers, and rulers to perform duties
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in accordance with process work instruction
  • Verify conformance of parts to stock lists and blueprints using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometer
  • Perform tool changes and operate Zoller or similar preset and measuring equipment
