Interim Licensed Administrator Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary in the $125-$150k range annually

Interim Licensed Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that nursing services are planned, implemented, and evaluated to maximize resident's quality of life and quality of care
  • Ensures residents' dignity and right to privacy, offering consistent care and empathy.
  • Drives facility safety in line with OSHA requirements
  • Drive the success of the facility Strategic Plan
  • Reports regularly to the Board on ILNHA performance
  • Serve as preceptor for the AIT

Interim Licensed Administrator Qualifications:

  • Rural/tribal setting experience: Preferred
  • Nursing Home Administrator License registered in New Mexico
  • Minimum of 5-years’ experience in the same position or related management experience in a long-term care facility
  • BS or BA from a four-year accredited college program
  • Proven financial acumen and successful financial management success
  • Nonprofit Board reporting: Preferred
