We seek a genuine retail hospitality professional to take over as Retail Store Director, reporting to the General Manager at a very high-volume family-oriented retail store.

  • We offer an hourly rate of $49 and an average work week of 45 hours. Time-and-a-half for overtime and company holidays.
  • Profit Sharing bonus that is historically more than $30K per year.

As a Retail General Manager, your background and abilities should include the following:

  • Recent retail management experience with volume responsibility of at least $15M.

  • Our locations are family-oriented environments – experience working in family-oriented environments is required.
  • Management and development of teams larger than 30.
  • Store financial management and goal achievement.
  • Develops and implements business growth strategies.
