Seeking a high-energy, organized, leader who doesn't mind spending some time in their car driving the East Bay and knows how to problem solve and jump in when needed. MUST LIVE IN THE EAST BAY!

  

District Manager Requirements:

     A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude

     3+ years as a multi-unit or DM role of over 5 stores

     Solid work history with a proven track record of results

     Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results

     Hands-on leadership style

     Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach

     Available 7 days per week as needed

 

District Manager Compensation:

     Competitive base salary 80-85k

     Strong benefits package with health, dental, vision, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle and phone

     Strong performance-based bonus paid quarterly

     15 days PTO and 401(k) with a strong match
