Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations as a Restaurant Manager for this busy location
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensure consistent quality of product and overall guest experience

Retail Manager Requirements:

  • Winning personality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Strong motivation and great work ethic
  • Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
