A well-established restaurant group is looking for a Senior Manager in the Downtown Area. If you are a Leader with a genuine love for hosting guests and working in a fast-paced environment, please apply today. This is a "Hands-On" position. Managers who lead from the office need not apply.

Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the team including hiring, training, scheduling, liquor ordering and inventory.
  • Must report to Regional Manager with all necessary sales reports.
  • Facilitate all FOH programs
  • Build and foster a relationship with all vendors and the community.

Senior Manager Requirements:

  • Availability on all weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must be willing to train and mentor all staff
  • Strong beverage experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • The GM must be a positive influence on all staff both BOH and FOH
