Restaurant and Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the expectations of our guests and have fun doing it
  • Train, coach, and your team direct team
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
  • Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times-detail oriented
  • Control costs and manage high standards of service while paying attention to the details

Restaurant and Bar Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a FOH management role in a high volume restaurant/bar – NO JOB HOPPERS
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach, communicate, be understanding, listener
  • Bar experience is important for this location
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
  • Must be able to work late nights
