Chief Operating Officer Requirements

  • 8+ years of restaurant management experience with at least 5 years of multi-unit (100+ locations)
  • Proven track record in people-focused leadership with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent change management skills with the ability to drive organizational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Must be fluent in English/Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-unit operations to ensure a high level of operation efficiency, maximized productivity, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Contribute to the development and execution of company growth and long-term business strategies
  • Manage all aspects of operations for our large restaurant company with multiple concepts
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
