Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Lead and Develop a Team
- Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Assume responsibility in the absence of the GM
- Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1 year of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Full-service experience preferred
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Ability to motivate a team
