We are searching for a Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef to join our team in a highly successful restaurant group! We are growing each and every year, and we love to retain and promote from within! If you feel this is a fit for you, please apply ASAP, we are getting ready to open a new location soon and want great talent in place!

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef experience, with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Experience in casual dining or polished casual restaurants
  • P&L cost control strategies and labor cost management
  • Organization and communication skills are a must-have!

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our guests
  • Hands-on leader! Motivate and excel the staff!
  • Live the brand in and out of work! Be our advocate outside the 4 walls and build the business

Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef Benefits:
