Our growth requires the addition of a Tenant Coordinator, a position which requires working closely with Construction and Project Management teams. In this role, you will actively be supporting the leasing teams of our multi-use properties with construction design, timelines, and budgets.

Tenant Coordinator Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience with Project Management and Tenant Coordination in commercial or retail construction
  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Architecture and Design
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to read and understand leases, lease terms and work letters
