We are searching for a talented Event Sales Manager to develop and grow event sales and strives to maximize the event revenue. This position will responsible for maintaining event service standards in a high-volume environment. EVENT SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrates positive characteristics which inspire other team members to meet and exceed standards 
  • Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and any additional systems as needed; Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate

EVENT SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience as Event Sales Manager
  • 5+ years restaurant/hospitality experience
  • TIPS Certification preferred
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to lead and oversee service for events in a variety of formats, from intimate to large-scale
  • Create exceptional event experiences and produce well organized event plans that clearly communicate client expectations to the FOH and BOH
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Manage all client communications relating to the sale and production of events on a daily basis, ensuring the highest quality experience for clients is consistently delivered
  • Prepare all proposals, contracts, and other client-facing materials and send initial proposals and custom proposals timely
  • Arrange for and attend site visits, walk-throughs and tastings as needed
  • Oversee event set-up and service on-site as needed
