A fun, customer-focused, and people-centric QSR restaurant brand is looking for a District Manager to oversee 4 units. Our ideal candidates will bring experience developing a team of leaders, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a strong desire to drive metrics.

District Manager Compensation and Benefits:

District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each location effectively manages food and labor costs as well as other controllable expenses
  • Drive sales at each business unit and exceed budgets
  • Demonstrate all leadership capabilities and develop the next generation of restaurant professionals
  • Ensure all assigned locations comply with all brand standards, policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed company expectations for guest satisfaction results
  • Oversees 4-6 units

District Manager Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-unit restaurant management role
  • Experience with implementing change management strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of all financials and budgets
  • Confident with holding team members accountable when needed
  • The ability to role-model a customer is right and people-centric behaviors
