Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Performs and completes service jobs in the field
  • Problem solves and diagnoses difficult issues
  • Provides Customers with helpful information on the care, operation, and maintenance
  • Generates and updates all service-related details
  • Conducts any necessary follow-up service work and communication

Field Service Technician Qualifications:

  • Associate Technical Degree Preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Great communication skills
  • Diagnose and Repair Equipment
  • Mechanical Aptitude
