Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced James Beard-caliber General Manager to lead our team. If you're passionate about great food, have strong financial and operational skills, and love fostering a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage finances, budgets, and cost control
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Build and lead a high-performing team
  • Implement efficient onboarding and training processes
  • Drive growth through strategic initiatives

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a James Beard-caliber restaurant
  • Strong financial and operational skills
  • Leadership and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
