Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Manager role within the restaurant industry
  • Background in full-service restaurants
  • Effective leadership and delegation skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of a sizable team in a high-volume environment
  • Coordination of daily operations in both front and back of the house
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Maintaining relationships with guests and active presence during service
  • Developing the team through coaching, training, and continuous improvement
