An established agency is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their rapidly growing business.

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with prospects and customers via multiple platforms
  • Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience
  • Support new business by following up on leads in a timely manner and supporting producers with quoting, binding, and issuing policies

ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST BE fluent in English & Polish (Ukrainian fluency also preferred)
  • MUST HAVE an active property & casualty insurance license
  • Desire to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency and friendliness
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role

ACCOUNT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
