We are a growing high-volume restaurant group looking for a Director of Finance to join our team. If this sounds like a great fit for you, let's talk today!

Restaurant DOF Responsibilities:

  • Analyze all aspects of financial performance
  • Accurately manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles as well as federal, state, and local financial requirements
  • Oversee weekly Cash Flow reporting and management
  • Monthly review of third-party Vendor partners
  • Maintain accounting controls and define accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls
  • Execute and/or coordinate general accounting and related activities
  • Manage external audits (Sales Tax, Personal Property Tax, Workers Compensation, etc)

Restaurant DOF Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
  • Restaurant Experience as a controller is a must
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a managerial/Controller role
  • Strong management skills and ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Must have extensive QuickBooks knowledge
