We are looking for a Director of Operations to assist with our growth and setting up a structure within our expanding company! If you have a positive attitude, experience overseeing 4+ locations, and have built a successful team then we want to hear from you!

Operations Director Compensation:

Competitive Salary up to $120,000 DOE
Bonus
Benefits including MDV

Director of Operations Responsibilities/Requirements:

Oversee all locations under the guide of the owner, including long-term goals and business objectives
Improve efficiencies in the company's operations including implementing policies and procedures
Mentor and develop team members, including training procedures
Responsible for financials including reviewing P&L's with managers and ownership
Ability to problem-solve situations with effective solutions
At least 3-5 yrs of experience in a Director role
Knowledge of Asian cuisines and concepts
Strong leadership skills including training, mentoring
Strong corporate background, ability to set up structure
