Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant operations management
  • Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor, food, and supplies
  • Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
