We are looking for a strong leader to drive the development and construction of our newest property, you will play an integral part in strategy and operations. Director of Lodging & Hospitality Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of combined experience in the hospitality, resort, and outdoor industries 
  • Executive management experience in a hospitality or resort setting with a deep understanding of operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in developing and mentoring forward-facing hospitality teams
  • Leadership in new property development and construction
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, P&L management, and data analytics 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders

Director of Lodging & Hospitality Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management – Ensure team is executing SOP's
  • Property Development – RFP's, pre-building (plans & permitting), construction oversight
  • Partnerships – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regularly
  • Financial Management – Develop budgets, drive performance
  • Leadership & Development – Build a high performance team, work cross functionally with other teams
