Our premier hotel management group is on the lookout for a proficient Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance operations at our vibrant, dual-branded property in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Chief Engineer Benefits:

Chief Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated maintenance team to oversee maintenance on a 270 key, dual branded property.
  • Handle hands-on maintenance and preventative tasks
  • Manage upkeep of guest areas, including rooms with kitchenettes, indoor pools, and event spaces

Chief Engineer Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Hotel Chief Engineer
  • Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Preferred candidates with experience in renowned hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG)
