An established large law firm is seeking a mid-level (3-5+ years’ experience) associate attorney to primarily handle employment, professional liability, and D&O litigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney who possesses strong research and analytical skills, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
  • Handle court appearances and hearings
  • Assist in depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide reports
  • Perform legal research
  • Motion preparation

Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • 3 -5 years of experience
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Courtroom experience and the ability to represent clients effectively
