Project Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Engineering degree mandatory.
  • Essential hands-on manufacturing experience (not IT-focused).
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in project management.
  • Proficient in managing project life cycles from start to finish.
  • Effective communication with team and clients, ensuring timely updates.
  • Skilled in preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Experience leading diverse teams including designers, engineers, and logistics workers.
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Technical field; Master's preferred.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
