As an B2B Sales Representative specializing in Hot Tub Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, exceed revenue targets, and increase market share through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with dealers.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of hot tub products.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with dealers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer support for exceptional after-sales service.

B2B Sales Representative Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the home and leisure industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on dealer and distributor relationships.

B2B Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary $65,000 to $85,000
  • Expected Total Compensation $145,000 to $180,000
  • Remote role with travel
