Seize the chance to be a part of a renowned boutique law firm in Los Angeles. We are on the lookout for a Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 5+ years of primarily defense work. Relocation to the Los Angeles area would be required.

Litigation Associate Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range between $240k – $450k, based on experience.
  • Merit-based annual salary increments.
  • Potential 10% origination bonus for business development.
  • Regularly scheduled social events and happy hours.

  • Potential relocation supplementation. 

Litigation Associate Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar.
  • 5+ years of employment defense litigation experience.
  • Capability to represent clients in various disputes and proceedings.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as pleadings and briefs.
  • Skilled in counseling clients on their legal rights and responsibilities.
  • Candidates should exhibit versatility, leadership qualities, and outgoing personalities.
  • Possession of business development skills and a portable book of business is an advantage.
