Our James Beard Award Winning restaurant group is seeking an Beverage Manager for its new restaurant opening. Passion, care, and attention to detail are a must at this hyper-seasonal, ingredient-driven, contemporary American restaurant. We are constantly striving to give our guests the best possible experience.

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

·     Assist the General Manager in all day-to-day operations

·     Work in tandem with the Executive Chef to provide the best possible experience to the guest

·     Maintain the highest standards of excellence

·     Control expenses to achieve budgetary goals

·     Foster a professional yet fun work environment

Beverage Manager Qualifications:

·     Must have a passion for the highest level of service, wine, and cuisine

·     Must be detail-oriented, organized, and focused

·     Must be a strong leader with great communication skills

·     Must have expert-level knowledge of Wine and Bar operations

·     Must possess expertise in operations, P&L analysis, management development, cost controls, health and safety practices, and five-star service standards
