Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of Quick-Service restaurant management experience
  • Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 million and up in annual sales
  • Drive-thru experience
  • Proven track record
  • Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong communication skills
