Sous Chef – Upscale Full-Service Restaurant | Lombard, IL

What You’ll Do:

Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead, coach, and develop line cooks and prep staff
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
Assist with inventory, ordering, and managing food costs
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
Help strengthen kitchen culture and operational systems

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
Background in full-service, high-volume restaurants
Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
Strong leadership presence and expediting skills
Passion for team development and mentorship
Reliable, steady career progression

Compensation & Benefits:

$70,000 base salary
10% performance bonus
