Seasonal Restaurant Manager (Summer Season – Approximately 16 weeks))

Location: Cape Cod, MA

Compensation: $1,800-$2,000 per week + Free Housing + Year End Bonus + Cape Cod Parking Permit

Seasonal Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed expectations

  • Administrative duties, scheduling, cash handling, etc.
  • Training, development, and mentorship of line-level staff

Seasonal Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume upscale dining
  • Food, beverage, wine, and spirits knowledge is a plus
  • 2-5 years in restaurant management
  • Dependable, professional, and polished
