An established, high-performing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a dynamic, multi-unit team across the state of North Carolina. Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in casual concepts
  • Experience overseeing Area Leaders
  • Proven success managing operational KPIs including P&L, labor, and cost control
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach
  • Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization

Must Haves

  • Oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple units
  • Conducting regular business reviews and developing performance-based action plans
  • Direct accountability for team development, hiring, and succession planning
  • Execution of brand standards related to quality, service, speed, and cleanliness
  • Driving local strategy in alignment with broader brand goals

Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

  • Previous experience with recognized full service casual brands
  • Background in overseeing growth markets
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and implement results-driven solutions
  • A track record of improving guest satisfaction and team engagement
