An established, high-performing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a dynamic, multi-unit team across the state of North Carolina. Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in casual concepts
Experience overseeing Area Leaders
Proven success managing operational KPIs including P&L, labor, and cost control
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach
Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization

Must Haves

Oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple units
Conducting regular business reviews and developing performance-based action plans
Direct accountability for team development, hiring, and succession planning
Execution of brand standards related to quality, service, speed, and cleanliness
Driving local strategy in alignment with broader brand goals

Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

Previous experience with recognized full service casual brands
Background in overseeing growth markets
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and implement results-driven solutions
A track record of improving guest satisfaction and team engagement
