Luxury Boutique Guest Services Manager

Full Time | On Site

A refined luxury boutique property is seeking a hands-on Guest Services Manager to lead and elevate a high-performing front office team. This is not a desk-bound manager role. We are looking for a visible leader who sets the tone for service excellence, accountability, and team culture.

You will oversee Guest Services staff, manage scheduling and performance, handle elevated guest recovery situations, and partner closely with other departments to ensure seamless experiences.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 plus years in hospitality with at least 2 years leading direct reports

• Luxury or boutique hotel experience strongly preferred

• Strong service recovery and guest relations skills

• Comfortable with revenue basics and upselling strategies

• PMS experience required

• Calm, confident, and highly visible during peak service times

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
