Restaurant F&B Manager – Responsibilities:

Lead all daily front-of-house operations
Drive guest satisfaction and VIP-level service
Oversee beverage programming and service standards
Manage P&L, labor, and cost controls
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Maintain reservation systems and service flow
Collaborate with executive leadership on brand growth

Restaurant F&B Manager – Requirements:

5+ years hospitality leadership
Background in upscale dining, cocktail lounges, or luxury hospitality
Strong financial and revenue management experience
Advanced beverage knowledge
Proven team-building and coaching skills
Exceptional communication and organizational ability
High-energy, guest-focused leadership presence
