Restaurant F&B Manager – Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily front-of-house operations
- Drive guest satisfaction and VIP-level service
- Oversee beverage programming and service standards
- Manage P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain reservation systems and service flow
- Collaborate with executive leadership on brand growth
Restaurant F&B Manager – Requirements:
- 5+ years hospitality leadership
- Background in upscale dining, cocktail lounges, or luxury hospitality
- Strong financial and revenue management experience
- Advanced beverage knowledge
- Proven team-building and coaching skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational ability
- High-energy, guest-focused leadership presence
