Restaurant Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

$75,000–$85,000 annual salary

Restaurant Manager – Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations and floor management
Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
Coach and develop team members
Partner with culinary leadership on quality standards
Support private events and revenue initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Restaurant Manager – Requirements:

2+ years restaurant management experience
Background in high-volume, full-service environments
Strong F&B knowledge
Proven leadership and financial management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Must be 21+ years of age
