Restaurant Assistant General Manager

This new, elevated restaurant is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and service leadership. This is a key role in a chef-driven environment that values detail, hospitality, and uncompromising standards. The AGM will work closely with senior leadership to execute a seamless guest experience.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Support daily front-of-house operations and act as Manager-on-Duty
  • Train, coach, and develop service staff to elevated standards
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, and operational systems

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
  • Background in upscale or chef-driven dining environments preferred
  • Strong service acumen and guest engagement skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives during high-volume service
