Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
- Oversee all back-of-house managers and operations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, payroll, and evaluations
- Handle administrative tasks including ordering, inventory, and purchase orders
- Set and monitor performance standards for the kitchen team
- Collaborate with ownership and executive management to ensure an efficient and successful operation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and recipe adherence
- Contribute to menu development and innovation
- Deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
- Strong passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- NRO experience highly preferred
