Responsibilities

Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
Oversee all back-of-house managers and operations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, payroll, and evaluations
Handle administrative tasks including ordering, inventory, and purchase orders
Set and monitor performance standards for the kitchen team
Collaborate with ownership and executive management to ensure an efficient and successful operation
Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and recipe adherence
Contribute to menu development and innovation
Deliver a consistent and memorable guest experience

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
Strong passion for food, cooking, and hospitality
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
NRO experience highly preferred
