This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a thriving, high-volume upscale concept where structure, consistency, and strong culinary leadership are essential.

About the Role

As Executive Sous Chef, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily BOH operations, driving standards, and ensuring flawless execution during peak service. • Lead service execution and maintain high standards during peak volume
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution, systems, and performance initiatives
  • Train, mentor, and develop Sous Chefs and line cooks
  • Drive consistency in quality, plating, and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and food cost control
  • Help refine systems and processes following a successful opening
  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and professional kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale casual concept
  • Experience at the Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level preferred
  • Strong culinary technique and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead large teams under pressure
  • Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, and operational controls
  • Hands-on, team-first leadership style

What’s Offered

  • Strong base salary
  • Bonus potential
  • Medical and dental coverage
  • 401K plan
  • Paid time off
  • Parking provided
  • Excellent growth potential with an expanding restaurant group

If you're ready to take on a senior culinary leadership role in a concept that’s already generating serious momentum, we’d love to connect.

Apply today and be part of the next chapter of something special.
