A leading water solutions firm is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a small sales team in Tampa FL!

This position can be hybrid (if you are local in Tampa FL) or remote (if you live elsewhere). Opportunity to relocate to Tampa is also available.

Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
- 5+ years of Sales Team Leadership and proven results
- Experience in one of the following verticals: Hospitality, Senior Living, Student Housing, and Multifamily
- Existing Book of Business and relationships is essential
- Proven results in sales team leadership, providing motivation and accountability
- Self-motivated with results, detail, and deadline-driven mentality
- Expertise in business planning and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and closing deals
- Experience and comfort presenting to C-Suite executives
- Highly social and professional – client facing persona with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Sales Executive Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with the commercial real estate sector or water efficiency services
- Experience with HubSpot
- Located in the EST time zone
