We are looking for an experienced Private Chef with a strong foundation in traditional Italian cooking to deliver exceptional dining experiences in both a corporate office and a private home setting. This role calls for someone who not only cooks Italian food, but truly understands its regional roots, classic techniques, and cultural significance.

The ideal candidate brings authenticity, creativity, and a hospitality-driven mindset to every meal — honoring time-tested traditions while presenting dishes with refinement and care.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals for small client meetings, accommodating all dietary requirements
  • Design and execute high-quality private dinners and catered events in a residential setting
  • Maintain the authenticity and integrity of Italian culinary traditions
  • Prioritize seasonality, freshness, nutrition, and presentation in every dish
  • Source premium ingredients and build strong relationships with trusted local vendors
  • Ensure consistent quality, organization, and efficiency in all kitchen operations
  • Provide a polished, welcoming dining experience through professional guest interaction
  • Minimal travel required

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in authentic Italian cuisine, including regional specialties and traditional methods
  • Experience as an Executive Chef or Private Chef in a fine dining restaurant, catering environment, or private residence
  • Familiarity with local purveyors
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and a guest-focused approach
