Dual Sous Chef / Pastry Chef Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team across both savory and pastry departments
  • Execute and oversee our upscale-to-fine dining menus, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Develop, produce, and innovate plated desserts, specialty pastries, and seasonal features
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Drive kitchen efficiency, food cost controls, inventory management, and labor optimization
  • Collaborate with BOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain consistency in dessert production, presentation, and execution
  • Foster a positive, professional, and fun kitchen culture

Dual Sous Chef / Pastry Chef Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining settings
  • Professional pastry experience required (plated desserts, breads, specialty items)
  • Proven leadership skills with a people-first mindset
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to teach, coach, and develop team members
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dual responsibilities
  • A passion for hospitality, creativity, and culinary excellence
