Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
  • Strong skills in team development, cost control, and kitchen operations in an upscale dining environment
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire diverse culinary teams
  • Experience leading a proven scratch kitchen

Executive Chef Preferred Background and Skills

  • Scratch Kitchen experience.
  • Ability to align food offerings with craft cocktails and wine programs
  • History of building positive kitchen culture and staff retention
