Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience (strong tenure preferred)
- Genuine leadership presence — friendly, accountable, and team-focused
- Proven track record of maintaining standards, driving performance, and building guest loyalty
- Experience with banquets/events is a plus
- Working knowledge of restaurant financials
- Prior responsibility for ordering, scheduling, training, and daily operations
- ServSafe Manager certification strongly preferred
