Fine Dining Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

You must be currently working for a fine-dining concept
5+ years of fine-dining experience
2+ years in a kitchen leadership role
Experience with multiple cuisines
Background with wine dinners and presenting dishes to guests
Able to diligently follow recipe books – menu is already created for you
Excellent knife and plating skills
Superb attention to detail
Strong emotional intelligence
Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
The passion to settle down in Panama City, FL
