We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to join a growing, multi-unit restaurant group. This is a hands-on, leadership role working directly with the President, CFO, and ownership to oversee financial operations, reporting, and process improvements across multiple locations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll entries, and cash flow

• Manage sales tax, audits, and credit card reconciliations

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

• Partner with operations to improve profitability

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience required

• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills

• Experience with QuickBooks, Restaurant365, or similar systems

This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing environment with direct exposure to executive leadership.
