This position is located in Chatham, MA, and all candidates must be excited to live and work in this area.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as Executive chef of a Fine Dining outlet or standalone restaurant
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel setting
  • Michelin, Relais & Chateaux, or James Beard experience is highly preferred
  • Strong desire to live and work in the Chatham area

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the culinary team with integrity and consistency
  • Create menus and recipes that are inspired, artistic, and flavorful
  • Work with the General Manager on vision and direction for the culinary offerings
  • Work with the dining room leadership and team members to ensure service standards and execution
  • Ensure financial integrity of the culinary program with controls on COGs and Labor
  • Other duties as assigned
