This position is located in Chatham, MA and all candidates must be excited to live and work in this area.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

3+ years as Executive chef of a Fine Dining outlet or stand alone restaurant
5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
At least 1 year of experience in a hotel setting
Michelin, Relais & Chateaux, or James Beard experience is highly preferred
Strong desire to live and work in the Chatham area

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Manage the culinary team with integrity and consistency
Create menus and recipes that are inspired, artistic, and flavorful
Work with the General Manager on vision and direction for the culinary offerings
Work with the dining room leadership and team members to ensure service standards and execution
Ensure financial integrity of the culinary program with controls on COGs and Labor
Other duties as assigned
