Experienced Sous Chef needed for a revered industry leader that has multiple locations and is expanding. This is a high-end concept, and expertise with fish butchery is desired. Must be self-driven, and food- and beverage-focused. Must have a real passion for the restaurant industry.

Chefs with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position will be considered, and we prefer experience in a concept with annual sales of at least $3 MM annually. This is an exciting and dynamic concept looking for exceptional leadership. The position is very "hands-on," and candidates must be very strong in guest service, all facets of operations, and have proven skills in analyzing financials and maintaining cost control systems. 

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Leadership with a proven track record

  • Be a self-starter and be a great communicator
