We are seeking a Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our well-established, family-owned farm-to-table restaurant. You will work with the Corporate Executive Chef and General Manager to:

Kitchen Manager/Head Chef Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day culinary operations and ensure recipe adherence
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders within budget
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Recruit, hire, train, and retain a top-notch culinary team
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Kitchen Manager/Head Chef Qualifications:

Minimum 5-year experience in culinary arts, cooking, in a supervisory capacity
Solid Tenure and Career progression
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Superior communication skills, with a passion for people development
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities and Professional image
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
